I'll go first. ✨ Acknowledge Work Anniversaries: Public posts about a new employee or employee promotion, recognizing years of service 🎂 Acknowledge birthdays: IE virtual happy birthday card, CEO leaves an audio message, person gets the day off 🙏 Practice Gratitude: We have a meeting each week where part of what we do is share something we are grateful for in our lives and shout out someone on the team

Supply Chains are like water; they will always find the path of least resistance. Interesting to see how Hapag-Lloyd and Maersk are providing a solution for customers to get around the unrest in the #RedSea. They've created an intermodal land bridge for shippers who can't deal with the added transit around the Horn of Africa, but don't want to pay for air freight. Maersk is going step further and changing their vessel rotation schedule to rotate around the Atlantic or around the Pacific to minimize ships in the danger zone.
